How can I start my order?

You can begin by filling out our Free Quote form, which comes with no obligation. This form allows you to upload your artwork, and we’ll quickly respond with a quote along with a complimentary digital proof of your patch design.

Can you help me create a design for my patches?

Absolutely! We’ll provide you with high-quality scanned images of your samples before you place an order, and we offer unlimited edits before production begins.

Are there any restrictions on the shape of my patch?

None at all! With our hot-cut border, we can create patches in any shape you desire. Standard embroidered patches usually feature a merrowed border, but whatever the shape, we can turn it into a beautiful patch.

When is payment due for the order?

After you approve the design via email, we will process your payment and initiate the order with our factory.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long does it take to receive my patches?

Our standard delivery time for embroidered patches is 14 to 17 days from the order date, and 2 to 4 weeks for woven, printed, or PVC patches. If you need them sooner, we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Can I preview the patch before finalizing the order?

Absolutely! Our graphic art department will create a full-color proof for your review and approval, so you can visualize the final design before production
